Shipping Policy

At Dubaïmo, we are dedicated to ensuring that your order is delivered to you quickly, securely, and in perfect condition. Please review our shipping policy for details on our delivery process.

Shipping Rates

  • Ontario: $5.99 per order
  • Anywhere else in Canada: Canada Post Discounted Rate

Shipping Schedule

  • Orders placed before 4 PM: Shipped the same day.
  • Orders placed after 4 PM: Shipped the next business day or same day but based on best effort basis. Currently due to high-volume, a delay of 2-3 business days for shipping is unusual but expected. 

We partner with Canada Post for most shipments, which typically delivers within 1 to 2 business day.

Packages supposed to be sent out on Friday and held into until Monday to avoid the chocolates sitting in courier’s warehouse over the weekend to ensure the chocolates arrive fresh and in perfect condition.

Canada-Wide Shipping

We are excited to announce partnerships with trusted courier service Canada Post for deliveries across Canada. To maintain the freshness of our chocolates, all shipments are packaged with ice packs and secure insulation during summer.

Delivery Timelines

  • Toronto Downtown Deliveries: Delivered within 2 days and in most cases same day.
  • Deliveries not in Toronto Downtown: 1 to 2 business days after shipping

Live GPS Tracking

We offer live GPS tracking for all deliveries, allowing you to monitor your order in real-time. Local deliveries are completed using Uber Eats, DoorDash, or our own team based on your location.

Damaged Orders

We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if your product arrives damaged, please:

  1. Take a clear picture of the item.
  2. Contact us immediately at Support@dubaimo.com.

We will promptly reimburse the cost or offer a replacement.
