FAQ
Ordering
Where can I buy authentic Dubai chocolate in Toronto?
You can buy authentic, handcrafted Dubai chocolate directly at the Dubaimo Cafe located at 1020 St Clair Ave West, Toronto, or order online at dubaimo.com for local pickup and fast shipping across Toronto and Canada-Wide.
What is inside Dubaimo’s signature Dubai chocolate bar?
Our signature thick bar features golden, crispy toasted kunafa (knafeh) pastry blended with a lot of rich, smooth pistachio cream, all encased in a thin shell of premium Belgian chocolate. So, thin chocolate, and a very thick layer of crunchy pistachio. Every bar is handcrafted fresh in Toronto.
Do you ship Dubai chocolate across Canada without it melting?
Yes! We ship nationwide across all Canadian provinces using protective, ice packed packaging (during summer) to ensure your chocolate bar arrives fresh, intact, and perfectly crunchy. During winter it's well protected but there's no need for ice packs as it goes through a cold supply chain the moment it leaves our facility until it reaches our valued customers.
How should I store my Dubai chocolate bar for the best crunch?
Long-Term Storage Tips
Store in a cool place away from direct sunlight.
If room temperature is 23°C or above, keep refrigerated to avoid softening (well-wrapped in a zip bag or airtight container).
If refrigerated: Let it rest at room temperature for 30 minutes before enjoying. The longer it rests, the creamier and more flavourful the filling becomes — adjust to your preferred texture. I personally love the filling to be creamy, some people love it cold and some describe it as a delicious ice cream treat when it's still cold.
If the chocolate shell softens in warm temperatures, refrigerate for 10–20 minutes (or more) to restore the snap.
Can I order online for same-day local pickup in Toronto?
Absolutely! Select Store Pickup at checkout on dubaimo.com, and your order will be instantly available for pickup at our cafe on St. Clair Ave West.
Do you offer retail wholesale or bulk Dubai chocolate for events and corporate gifts?
Yes! We offer bulk pricing and wholesale packages for weddings, corporate gifting, pop-ups, and retail partners. We even can customize your bar shape and weight (We got bite sizes as well). Please reach out by live chat, by phone/text message or email and we will respond promptly.
