Damages and Issues

We understand that occasional issues may occur during shipping. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at Jabari@dubaimo.com if:

  • Your item arrives damaged.
  • You receive an incorrect product.

To help us resolve the issue promptly, please provide photos of the damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of receiving your order. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or refund.


Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the safety and quality of our products:

  • We do not accept returns on perishable items, including chocolate bars or any edible goods.
  • Custom orders, sale items, and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

  • Products are damaged, and photographic evidence is submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Incorrect items are received.

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and returned to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund. If you do not see your refund within 15 business days, contact us at Jabari@dubaimo.com.


Exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to offer exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us, and we will do our best to resolve the matter.
