When should I order Dubai chocolate for Christmas?

There’s no special Christmas deadline. Our regular shipping schedule applies all season: orders placed before 4 PM ship the same business day, Canada Post typically delivers within 1–2 business days, and orders due to ship on a Friday are held until Monday. Busy periods can add 2–3 business days, so we recommend ordering well ahead of Christmas to allow for unexpected courier delays, especially in December.

Do your bars come in Christmas packaging?

Yes. For the holiday season, our Milk and Dark Dubai Chocolate Pistachio Kunafa bars (200 grams) come in Christmas packaging.

Will the chocolate arrive fresh if I ship it as a gift?

Yes. Every bar is handcrafted fresh in Toronto and shipped in protective, insulated packaging. In winter it travels through a cold supply chain, so ice packs aren’t needed; in summer we add ice packs. Friday shipments are held until Monday so your gift never sits in a courier warehouse over the weekend. Tip for the recipient: if the room is 23°C or warmer, keep the bar refrigerated and let it rest at room temperature for about 30 minutes before enjoying.

How much does shipping cost across Canada?

Shipping to Ontario and Quebec is a flat $5.99 per order. Everywhere else in Canada ships at a Canada Post discounted rate, calculated at checkout. You’ll get an email with a tracking link as soon as your package is dispatched.

Can I send gifts to several people?

Yes. We ship to any address in Canada, with one shipping address per order. To send gifts to several people, simply place a separate order for each address.
